What is your shipping time and policy?

We ship artworks within Australia and internationally.  Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are subject to change due to factors beyond our control.

Fine art reproduction: shipped within 14 business days

Photography Prints: shipped within 14 business days

Originals: dispatched within 10-14 business days

Please note we are unable to change the address once
it has dispatched from our studio.

Mary Prema Art is not responsible for undelivered
packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please
ensure that you provide
the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout. 

After placing your
order online, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details
sent to the email address provided in your account.

Please allow extra
time for artworks shipping from remote areas while the artist works from
outside of studio, international deliveries, or if you have chosen framing. We
cannot deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses. Risk of damage or loss to
artworks passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our studio.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

Delivery Method- De-stretched and Rolled in Art Tube:
Shipping large artworks internationally as ready-to-hang pieces can be costly, so we offer a rolled canvas delivery option. In this process, the painting is removed from its stretcher bars and shipped in an art tube, without any de-stretching fees. If you choose this option, only the rolled painting will be sent—stretcher bars are not included. You'll need to take the artwork to your preferred framer for re-stretching upon arrival. Please note, the cost of re-stretching is not covered by Mary Prema Art.

Duties and taxes

The studio operates in New South Wales, Australia, and is not responsible for import fees on any purchased products, including commissioned pieces, originals, and fine art prints. Any applicable taxes or duties are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and are not included in the checkout total. Some countries impose import taxes, while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient by mail, phone, or email to settle these charges for the shipment to be released and proceed to its destination.

The customer is responsible for paying any duties, value-added tax, or similar charges at the destination country. If these charges are not paid and delivery is refused, the item will be returned to us. Once received in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs. Items are declared at their purchase value for export, and we will not falsify any documents under any circumstance.

What currency are the prices listed in on this website?

All prices on this website are listed in Australian dollars.

Is payment required upfront for purchase of artworks listed or for custom orders?

Yes, full payment is required upfront for all artworks listed and for custom orders. We also accept payments via direct deposit; please contact us for banking details.

What Payment Options Are Available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard. Amex, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

What inspires your artwork?

My artwork is inspired by nature, travel, emotions, and personal reflections. I believe that my view of the world can connect with others through the themes of my paintings, unique colour blends, and creative techniques. This process allows me to express myself authentically while reflecting on my experiences and the beauty I encounter.

What mediums do you work with?

I work primarily with acrylics and mixed media. Acrylics allow me to create vibrant, subtle, and neutral tones, while mixed media techniques enable me to explore a variety of textures and materials. This combination lets me discover different effects and styles to bring my creative vision to life.

How do I know if a piece of artwork is still available for purchase?

You can check the availability of a specific piece by visiting the gallery or shop section of our website. Each artwork listing will indicate whether it is available for purchase. If you're interested in a particular piece and want to confirm its availability, you can also contact us directly via email info@maryprema.com or through the contact form on our website. We are happy to assist you!

Do you offer prints of your Original Artwork?

Yes, we offer high-quality prints of our original artwork! These reproductions beautifully capture the essence of the original pieces. Feel free to explore our print collection, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or special requests.

Can I request a fine art print of a specific painting I’m interested in?

How will my Fine Art Reproduction Prints be delivered?

Your prints are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each reproduction is provided as a print only, so you'll need to arrange framing through a professional framing service.

Will my print include a hand-signed signature?

The signature on the fine art prints is incorporated as part of the original artwork and is not individually hand-signed. Since I frequently work outdoors, arranging individually signed pieces can be challenging. However, rest assured that all print orders are professionally handled by experts and delivered securely to you.

Will the colours of my reproduction match what I see on my screen?

Every reproduction print is meticulously proofed and approved by Mary Prema Art to ensure it closely matches the original artwork. However, colours may vary slightly across different monitors and browsers like Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. While the printed image might look slightly different from what you see on your screen, rest assured it faithfully captures the essence of the original artwork.

Do you offer framing services?

Yes, we offer framing services. We collaborate with trusted professionals to ensure your artwork is perfectly framed and ready for display. Let us know if you'd like to explore framing options for your purchase.

How do I care for and maintain my artwork?

To care for and maintain your artwork, follow these guidelines:
1. Keep it Clean: Gently dust your artwork with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using cleaning solutions or water directly on the artwork.
2. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Display your artwork away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and damage.
3. Control Humidity: Keep the artwork in a stable, low-humidity environment to avoid mould or warping.
4. Use Proper Framing: If your artwork is framed, ensure it's done with high-quality materials and UV-protective glass (in case of this method) to safeguard against environmental damage.
5. Handle with Care: When moving or handling your artwork, use clean gloves and handle the edges to avoid touching the surface.

Do you offer digital artwork files for sale?

High-resolution print files are not offered for sale or download.

Am I allowed to use the digital images on this website?

No, the digital images on this website are for viewing purposes only. They cannot be reused, reproduced, or distributed without the express written permission of Artist Mary Prema. All artwork is protected under international copyright laws.

What is your return/refund policy?

We strive to ensure that all artwork meets the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of fine art and custom-made products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide photographs of the damage and details of the issue. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, if deemed appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Please note refunds or replacements will only be processed for items damaged during transit or faulty products.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or custom commissions.
For commissioned work, refunds are not provided once work has commenced.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
